Sink or Swim

This substance covbers most our land,

It's the answer to almost anything, but can also be as bad as quik sand.

Back in the day it killed us all but a family and animals with heart,

But now we're so dum all we put is coke in our shopping cart.

So maybe you should get in tune and start to run the right path,

And remeber this magnifacent element when you take a bath.

We all are mistaken in our ways of disrespecting God's creation,

so maybe you'll remeber it on a certain vocation,

of when you burn yourself and call out it's name,

But it won't come and you'll be the blame.

this poetry that I have created is trying to say that we have no idea of how much we just ignore this resource.
