Hmmm
"Death before Dishonor". I wish to speak on this samurai/bushido religion and part philosophy. Well, I saw A book in Barnes and Nobles that was "The code of the samurai"... er somethin like that. I think this phrase is quite self-centered in itself because of the action it is portraying. It is basically saying that this person would kill himself before he brought shame upon himself. It is very selfish, because one with this attitude does not care too much on the reaction of his death (or the reaction of family, friends, ect.). But then I also realized something, that their belief system is tottaly outta whack... and that their people would understand why he died and be proud of him. I was once in this mind-set one a was a young one... it is not fun...

Yeah i totally agree.
Not that i would want shame to be put on anybody. i would rather them to have shame than for them to not be there at all.
u guys have no idea how i usedto be... thas just a bit o' it...
